Samsung UE49KS7000U led tv dead/no power repair

I had two of these fantastic looking Samsung UE49KS7000U led tvs come into the workshop this week. Both with the same fault - dead/no power and although the faulty components in question were slightly different they were both repairable at a reasonable cost (Estimate £75-80).

This Samsung model looks more modern than some of the tvs being churned out now by the industry and well worth the fix.

Samsung UE32EH4000W tv dead/no power repair

We have recently had a few Samsung UE32EH4000W tvs coming in which are dead.
Despite not being made in the same factory as most other tv brands, they appear to suffer from a similar fault to others so we have a ready stock of components to fix them.

This affects UE32EH4000W/UE32EH4000WXXU models and potentially other Samsungs with a similar model - I will try to update as we find more.

Evotel ELCD40USBFHD no power/dead - repair

The Evotel brand may not be a well known brand, but they do the job of sound and vision just fine. However, if you have a tendency to turn these off at night then they can get intermittent power switch issues, eventually resulting in a power fault.

Bush LCD40883F1080P not turning on - repair

These 40" LCD tvs tend to get issues after 3 years due to some sub-stand components. However, they give a very good HD picture pound for pound and have plenty of connection ports.

If your Bush LCD40883F1080P is not turning on, with the white standby light briefly flashing off and then back on, then it may have the same issue to what we have seen come into the repair shop.

Bush LED24970FHDT/LED24970DVDFHD TV repair - Dead/Died while turning on. Now no power

We are starting to see some Bush LED24970FHDT and Bush LED24970DVDFHD TVs in for repair.

Some have been reported the TV losing power when trying to turn on, other have said it died while watching tv. Either way, as long as its "dead" and there is no standby light on it then there's a good chance we can repair it for a sensible price.

Toshiba Satellite Laptop DC power repair - no or intermittent power

We now have spares to repair Toshiba Satellite laptops with no or intermittent power loss. We can either create a small extension lead or preferably we can use replacement dc power sockets so your laptop will be as good as new.

Acer Aspire Laptop DC Socket repair - no or intermittent power

We now have the parts to repair Acer Aspire laptops where the power socket is loose or damaged. Loose connections where you constantly have to jiggle the power lead can cause intermittent power issues and may damage the battery.
