The Toshiba 22DV713B TV (and potentially other similar models) has a fault where the sound will work ok but the picture will disappear within a second or two after switch on. This is not always the tubes (and even if so, we may still be able to repair if parts are available) and can actually be the components on the panels inside not working correctly. We can now get these components and replace the faulty ones - Still cheaper than replacing a 22" TV with an inbuilt DVD player, this is one small TV still worth having inspected for repair.
